I invite you to read some success stories:

Morzine is one of the largest mountain biking sites in Europe, if not the largest.
Tones of invested energy resulted in 2006 with 25 tourists, and 75 the year after.
Changing business model into an MTB hub, resulted in 2008 in 200 tourists, and 800 in 2011, made Club Giraffe & Morzine mtb, my brands that days, the largest MTB tour operator in the region, with PPC (Profit Per Customer) double than average.

Danube river, specifically the section from Passau to Vienna, is world most popular cycling route, hosting 100,000 to 400,000 tourists each year (strange as it can sound, there is no strict number).
Commercial channels are based on local tourist agencies in each country offering these tours, purchasing the services from local tour operators, make their living from a commission.
Danube Cycle is the only tour operator involving the word DANUBE in it’s brand, making direct B2C sales to cyclists from all over the world, making margins tremendously larger resulting in a higher profits.

Israeli NEGEV desert is a virgin unknown MTB paradise.
Attracting riders using the unique desert views and atmosphere never turned into a real business.
Involving the views with local food adventures as well as making it a meeting platform for riders from all over the world, made the breakthrough, with some guests saying they have been traveling all over the world, but this tour have been their best ever.
